Job Summary

Take your career to new heights with Eurest. We're looking for a food & beverage leadership professional ready to take the reins of a busy, high-energy corporate dining account — someone who leads with both financial discipline and genuine hospitality heart.
As General Manager, you'll own the full performance of your account: hitting budget targets, exceeding client expectations, and building a culture where your team, your guests, and your client all feel the difference of great leadership. This is a role for someone who can move seamlessly between a P&L report and a warm conversation on the floor — because at Eurest, we believe exceptional operations and exceptional relationships go hand in hand.

What You'll Do
Lead the Business — Own financial performance across the board: sales reporting, P&L management, annual budgeting, cash handling, and trend analysis that keeps your account moving in the right direction. Manage purchasing, inventory controls, and food cost while never letting quality standards slip.
Lead the People — Participate in employee meetings, reviews, and training programs, and champion the professional growth and development of your entire team. You'll build genuine rapport with staff, guests, clients, and other departments — the kind of relationships that make people want to show up and do their best work.
Lead the Operation — Partner with chefs on menu planning, ensure HACCP controls and proper food storage practices are second nature across your team, and manage in full compliance with company policy and local, state, and federal regulations. You'll integrate dining services seamlessly into the broader facility plan of operations, fostering strong interdepartmental relationships along the way.

What You Bring

8–10 years of upscale food service experience, including 6+ years at the management level
Proven personnel management experience — hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning
A track record of hitting company and client goals while staying true to policy and procedure
Strong leadership, organizational skills, and sharp attention to detail
Confidence managing budgets, flash reports, financial targets, and forecasts
Solid grounding in food purchasing, food cost management, and inventory control
Knowledge of cash handling procedures and multi-bank reconciliation
HACCP knowledge and a strong eye for health and fire code compliance
Exceptional business etiquette and client relations instincts
Strong catering experience
The highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plus

If you're ready to lead a team, own a business, and bring hospitality to life every single day — we'd love to have you at the table.
