Job Summary
Become a part of the Levy team at Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders FC, Seattle Reign, and world-class concerts and events. As a Bartender, you will deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with guests and preparing classic cocktails to order. The Bartender will greet customers, answer questions, and recommend various menu items. The Bartender is also responsible for requisition stock and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Count product stock by verifying the amounts provided on the stand sheet.
- Ensure stand is properly stocked with product.
- Interact with guests, co-workers, and management in a polite and professional manner.
- Fill order placed by guests quickly and efficiently using POS and credit card machine.
- Process drink orders from guests, ensuring presentation, garnish, and portion specifications are met.
- Ensure that only guests of legal age are served alcoholic beverages by checking for valid identification.
- Demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws and an ability to detect over-served guests and act accordingly.
- Complete sanitation worksheet in full.
- Complete Alcohol Incident Log whenever service is denied to a guest.
- Recount stock and verify on the consumption sheet and enters end counts into the Point-of-Sale system.
- Complete stand sheet by tallying sales and depositing money.
- Maintain a clean service area, ensuring all company and state health and sanitation policies are being followed.
- Adhere to all venue policies, including responsible alcohol service, safety/health, and sanitation policies.
- Requisition stock for upcoming events.
Job Requirements
- Bartending experience required, with mixology skills and spirits knowledge strongly preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for entirety of the shift
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach
- Ability to lift product and equipment up to 50 pounds
- Must possess a valid Washington State Food Worker Card and MAST Class 12 Permit
- Ability to complete digital onboarding materials and electronic I-9 employment verification
- Black non-slip shoes required when working
- Must be at least 21 years of age
