Job Summary
Catering Attendant – Lumen Field
Become a part of the Levy team at Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders FC, Seattle Reign, and world-class concerts and events. As a Catering Attendant, you will be responsible for serving guests in catered venue settings. You will be able to work in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a positive attitude when serving guests in the exciting Sports and Entertainment industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide exceptional service to guests throughout the event
- Retrieve and verify food orders from the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and presentation adhere to Levy standards
- Maintain knowledge of all available menu items and products
- Ensure food and beverage orders are served in a timely manner
- Assist in event set-up and banquet functions, including linens, dishware, glassware, and silverware
- Open and pour beer and wine for guests in catered areas
- Clean event areas before, during, and after the event, following company and state sanitation guidelines
- Complete event production logs, safety and sanitation logs, spoilage logs, inventory logs, and check-in and check-out procedures
- Clean, stock, and maintain catering equipment
- Communicate with co-workers, management, and guests in a professional and positive manner
- Comply with food handling, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- One (1) year of catering or restaurant equivalent experience required
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk during the entire shift
- Ability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds
- Possess a valid Washington State Food Handlers and MAST permit
- Ability to complete digital onboarding materials and electronic I-9 employment verification
- Black non-slip shoes required when working
- Must be at least 21 years of age
