Summary:
Ensures the dining area remains clean and well-organized, providing support to the front-of-house team. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift and preparing the space for the next day.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sweep and clean dining room floors during service.
- Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces.
- Refill sauces, condiments, and other necessary supplies on tables.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of trash appropriately.
- Assist with resetting tables and setting up the dining area.
- Maintain cleanliness in guest-accessible areas, including beverage stations and entrances.
- Communicate any issues with supplies or cleanliness to management.
- Mop floors at the end of the night.
- Perform any additional cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
