Position Title: Program Manager, Food Program (Seattle, WA) 

​Salary:  $110,000 - 120,000 (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary

The Program Manager will support the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of the North America food program for a major Fortune 5 global client. This role is focused on tactical operations, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including vendors, facilities, legal, and procurement—to implement program initiatives, resolve operational challenges, and ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience across multiple sites.


You will be responsible for coordinating activities across teams, tracking performance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth program delivery. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to navigate a highly matrixed environment with professionalism and attention to detail.


The Program Manager reports to an E15 Area Lead and plays a critical role in the on-the-ground execution of client objectives. Minimal travel is required for this position.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Management: Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the foodservice program across assigned sites. Ensure program execution is aligned with the client's expectations and standards.
Vendor Collaboration: Partner with multiple food vendors to track performance, ensure compliance with contracts, and resolve operational issues as they arise.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise across multiple teams (e.g., Facilities, Legal, Risk, Security, Janitorial and Procurement) to ensure streamlined workflows and transparent communications.
Program Communication: Develop and maintain clear documentation, reporting, and presentations for both internal and client-facing audiences.
Issue Resolution: Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day challenges, identifying and escalating risks as needed while proposing actionable solutions.
Financial Support: Manage PO creation, invoicing processes, and vendor payments in coordination with the Area Lead and finance team.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze program metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement, service innovation, and pilots.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management in a client-facing business
  • Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations

 

Preferred:

  • Foodservice operations and/or facilities management experience a significant plus
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Trello)

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in business strategy, hospitality, business analytics, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Great work ethic with a strong sense of urgency to support teammates and stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (presentations, documents, emails)
  • Comfortable and competent in front of executives
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Customer-obsessed
