Job Summary

As part of the culinary team supporting six FIFA World Cup matches at Lumen Field, Special Event Culinary Supervisor team members play a critical role in delivering elevated food experiences across suites, clubs, and VIP hospitality spaces. This temporary, event‑day position is ideal for experienced culinary professionals who excel in fast‑paced, high‑profile environments and can execute consistently at a premium standard.

You will work closely with chefs and culinary leadership to prepare, produce, and present high‑quality dishes while maintaining strict food‑safety and sanitation standards. This role requires professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure during globally televised, high‑volume events.

Key Responsibilities

• Support culinary teams with preparation, production, and execution of premium‑level food offerings.
• Assist with event‑day cooking, plating, and presentation to meet Levy’s elevated standards.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and food‑safety compliance in all assigned workspaces.
• Execute last‑minute adjustments, specialty requests, and VIP‑level service needs.
• Collaborate with chefs, sous chefs, and culinary leadership to ensure seamless service during peak periods.
• Uphold consistency, professionalism, and a high level of attention to detail throughout each event.
• Support back‑of‑house logistics, including restocking, labeling, and maintaining prep areas.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑focused environment during high‑pressure service windows.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a culinary chef, cook, or culinary support professional required.
• Background in premium, banquet, hotel, or large‑scale event culinary operations preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, high‑pressure environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability.
• Knowledge of food‑safety and sanitation standards.
• Must be available for all assigned World Cup match days and required prep times.
• Ability to work long shifts, including early mornings or late event conclusions.
