Job Summary
Stand Worker – Lumen Field
Become a part of the Levy team at Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders FC, Seattle Reign, and world-class concerts and events. As a stand worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experience by responding to guest needs and selling quality food and beverage products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle transactions using the Point of Sales system
- Effectively use suggestive and upselling techniques when responding to guest needs and requests
- Complete all steps of service, ensuring exceptional service for guests
- Knowledge of packaging, presentation, and pricing of all menu items at assigned location
- Follow cash handling and tip reporting procedures
- Assist other team members with set-up and breakdown responsibilities
- Adhere to company and state food handling and sanitation practices
- Adheres to Levy Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.
- Follow responsible alcohol service policies
- Practice product control and handling of inventory and equipment
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time while engaging with guests
- Able to reach, kneel, crouch, and stoop
- Ability to communicate effectively with teammates, supervisors, and guests
- Capable of lifting products and equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ability to complete digital onboarding materials and electronic employment verification
- Possess valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit and Washington State Class 12 MAST Permit
- Must be at least 21 years of age
