Position Title: Sous Chef - Corporate Dining (Skillman, NJ)
Salary: $65000-$75000/yr

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to support a high-end, premier client account located in Skillman, NJ with a strong focus on exceptional food quality, presentation, and elevated hospitality.
The operation includes two full-service cafés and catering, including occasional after-hours cocktail parties and special events within a sophisticated client environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and control expenditures for the account
- Assists the Executive Chef with planning and creating menus
- Produces and execute catering events
- Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
- A.S. or equivalent experience
- Culinary background in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or other high-end culinary operations
- Strong culinary standards with a passion for quality, presentation, and guest experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
- Ability to confidently lead the culinary operation in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Experience with catering and special events is highly desirable
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Professional, polished, and comfortable working directly within a premier client environment
- Catering experience required
- Institutional and batch cooking experiences helpful
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
- Must be experienced with computers; to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Outlook, E-mail and the Internet
- Must be willing to participate in client satisfaction programs/activities
- ServSafe certified - highly desirable
