Position Title: Field Implementation Specialist - SBU - Suffolk County, NY 

Salary:  $80,000-$84,000/yr.

Job Summary

Join our team as a Field Implementation Specialist with CulinArt Group at Stony Brook University in Suffolk County, NY. You'll drive sustainability initiatives in a world-class food and hospitality environment. Your expertise in project management will allow you to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sustainability projects, measure critical metrics, and provide business updates.
  • Assist in the development of project scope, progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Liaise with management and field personnel on an ongoing basis.
  • Track project timelines, achievements, and deliverables effectively.
  • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Train identified field resources engaged in assembling and implementing programs.
  • Train field resources in the mechanics and accurate maintenance to support programs.
  • Assist the field in diagnosing malfunctions and avoiding setbacks.
  • Develop and implement training programs and standard methodologies that assist the field in implementing Sustainability programs.
  • Identify and report project issues. Act as a Sustainability authority for clients, customers, and team members.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience or a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in Sustainability is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills, including public speaking.
  • Culinary and/or food service experience preferred.
