Job Summary
About the Role
Do you love the art of a great dining experience—and the strategy behind making it unforgettable? Eurest, a division of Compass Group, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape exceptional culinary moments for the dining populations we serve. This is a pivotal role supporting multiple corporate dining accounts across our growing Northern California region, with potential opportunities across the broader West Division.
As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the brand steward and strategic partner behind every guest touchpoint—training, communicating, and driving implementation of marketing and merchandising initiatives that elevate the dining experience and fuel regional growth. You'll work hand-in-hand with our corporate marketing & creative services team, operational leaders, and unit managers to bring big-picture brand strategy to life at the local level.
This is an on-site role requiring regular travel throughout the region based on business needs. Remote based when not at client site visits (expectation is 3 to 4 days, in the field, per week).
What You'll Do
- Create solutions that enhance the dining customer experience at every touchpoint
- Coach and inspire unit managers to hit profitability, sales, and engagement goals
- Serve as a centralized planning resource, overseeing content development and brand standards
- Lead and participate in client innovation updates, translating consumer insights into strategic recommendations
- Leverage industry market research to validate project direction and capitalize on emerging trends
- Collaborate closely with operational leadership to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment across the region
- Support the rollout of promotional materials, digital applications, and service innovations
- Partner with Operational Services to align on revenue goals, client satisfaction, and marketing/merchandising objectives
What We're Looking For
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, plus 3–4 years of experience in communications, marketing, operations, or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the region (and occasionally nationally) as business needs require
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills—you're a proactive, engaging communicator who builds strong relationships
- A sharp eye for merchandising and station presentation
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to shape and maintain brand voice across materials
- Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint, with the ability to build clear, compelling presentations for operational partners
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned and deadlines on track
Why Join Us
Join a team that's passionate about turning everyday dining into memorable experiences. You'll have the opportunity to shape brand strategy across a growing region, partner with talented operators and creative teams, and see your ideas come to life on-site, every day. If you thrive on variety, creativity, and building strong partnerships, this is your seat at the table
