Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to support daily operations by managing customer inquiries, coordinating service schedules, and assisting with basic accounting and administrative tasks. This role serves as a central point of communication between customers, field staff, and internal teams, ensuring timely service delivery and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Dispatch

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer calls, emails, and service requests
  • Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate technicians/drivers based on priority, availability, and location
  • Monitor service progress and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate service records, logs, and dispatch schedules

Administrative & Accounting Support (Preferred)

  • Assist with basic invoicing, billing, and payment tracking
  • Enter service tickets, time logs, and expenses into accounting or ERP systems
  • Reconcile service records with invoices and work orders
  • Support accounts receivable and payable processes as needed
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reporting

 

Qualifications:

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling systems)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

  • Previous experience in dispatch, customer service, or call center roles
  • Exposure to basic accounting, bookkeeping, or invoicing tasks
  • Familiarity with accounting software and dispatch systems preferred
  • Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, and financial documentation
