Job Summary

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Patient Services Manager to join our team at a 500-bed hospital in Tampa, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate foodservice professional who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is looking for long-term growth within a supportive and well-established healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of patient dining operations, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of frontline associates

  • Collaborate with clinical and culinary teams to uphold dietary and safety standards

  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
