Salary: $150,000 - $170,000

Morrison Healthcare is looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead business across the Tampa-to-Melbourne region. Make your mark by building strong client relationships, improving financial performance, and developing leaders who deliver exceptional service.
We’re looking for someone who sees the bigger picture, stays connected to the operation, and turns strategy into results.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Lead regional operations, aligning people, resources, and services to deliver strong financial and operational results.
• Build trusted partnerships with clients and leaders at every level.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a strong management team, with a focus on accountability and succession planning.
• Use financial reports and company scorecards to set priorities, address challenges, and drive improvement.
• Help grow the business through site visits, proposals, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Develop strategic plans that support client priorities and Morrison’s business goals.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree is a plus.
• At least seven years of management experience.
• Experience hiring, leading, evaluating, and developing managers.
• Strong financial judgment and the ability to turn business data into action.
• A track record of improving profitability and operational performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
