Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with and motivates the team to achieve the project time lines and objectives
  • Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Develops full-scale project plans and associated project documents including resource needs
  • Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations; liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Defines project success criteria and disseminates them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
  • Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion and manages those expectations on an on-going basis
  • Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the project
  • Manages the project budget
  • Determines and assesses the need for additional staff and make recommendations as appropriate during project cycle
  • Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team
  • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path
  • Proactively manages changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devises contingency plans
  • Conducts the project post mortem and creates a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Assisst in developing best practices and tools for project execution and management

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Three years of experience managing enterprise projects
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure as a key member of a fast paced team
  • Superb oral and written communication skills
  • Travel as needed (less than 10%)
