Job Summary
Working as a District Manager, you are responsible for overseeing a Corporate Dining (Business & Industry) account with multiple locations across the United States. This role requires approximately 40–50% travel to support operations, clients, and teams at various domestic sites. You will lead and develop a team of General Managers and Directors of Dining Services, ensuring operational consistency, high performance, and service excellence across all locations. You are accountable for building strong client partnerships while delivering an exceptional, high-quality dining experience aligned with client expectations and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor overall financial performance across all sites within the account to ensure profitability and achievement of budget targets
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and Directors of Dining Services to drive engagement, consistency, and performance
- Ensure consistent, fair, and compliant administration of personnel policies and procedures across all locations
- Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the account
- Maintain strong client relationships at both the enterprise and site level, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Travel 40–50% within the U.S. to support site operations, business needs, and client engagement
- Support growth initiatives within the account, including service expansion and innovation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5–7 years of contract foodservice management experience, ideally within Corporate Dining / B&I environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and executive client relationship management skills
- Proven financial acumen with experience managing P&L across multiple sites
- Multi-site operational leadership experience required
