Job Summary



Summary:  The Concession Supervisor is responsible for the successful execution of all Concessions related functions.  This position is responsible for managing the administrative duties in the unit, as well as supervising, training, leading and coaching all Concessions staff and volunteers. This position maintains all appropriate operational documentation and ensures compliance with health, safety and alcohol service regulations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads, supervises and coaches part-time team members and volunteers during event operations, promoting a culture of exceptional guest service and safety.
  • Assists in maintaining food and beverage policies and procedures to maintain quality, presentation and service. Ensures safety and sanitation standards and performs periodic quality checks for all products and services.
  • Maintains accurate inventory control by monitoring product usage, conducting regular stand audits and minimizing waste or shortage.
  • Provides exceptional guest service, including inquiries and complaints.
  • Oversees efficient stand set up on game days (cleanliness, functional equipment and proper product levels).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisor or manager level role in beverage, bar or special events operations required.
  • Ability to complete Food Handlers and Alcoholic Service certifications within 90 days of hire.
  • Availability of working event-based hours including evening, weekend and potential holiday hours.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • This position supervises numerous (5-10) hourly employees, including delivery personnel and culinary personnel.
