Job Summary
Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions
- Supervise catering to ensure all systems and tools are being used correctly
- Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during event
- Assist the Premium Department with administrative work including monthly inventory
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service standards
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and catering storage in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
- Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
- Adapt to shifting event locations across property
- Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere
- Work both independently and with a team
- Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled
- Experience in catering or a high-volume environment preferred
