Job Summary
Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a Senior Campus Executive Chef to lead and elevate the dining and catering programs on the prestigious campus of Baylor University.

Your Impact
You won’t just oversee kitchens — you’ll shape them.

Lead three residential dining halls, national brand concepts, athletics dining, and a robust catering program

Serve as a hands-on mentor and culinary coach to chefs, cooks, and emerging talent

Build strong kitchen cultures centered on accountability, creativity, and excellence

Drive menu innovation, financial performance, and modern foodservice strategy

Partner with campus leadership to elevate the overall dining experience
This role is ideal for a Culinary talent training leader — someone passionate about developing people as much as developing innovative menus.

5+ years of progressive culinary management experience ($20M+ volume)
