This position plays an important role within a fast‑paced, multicultural environment where you’ll help deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for an international client community.

This role offers variety, from daily service needs to executive meetings and larger‑scale catered events. Your past experience in union environments and any additional language skills will be helpful as you interact with a diverse global audience. You’ll have opportunities to collaborate, be creative, and grow within a highly visible setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination and execution of catering events across a multi‑building, high‑end corporate setting.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day event logistics, ensuring setups, service, and breakdowns reflect RA standards and client expectations.
  • Partner with culinary leadership on menu planning and presentation details.
  • Coach and guide catering associates, focusing on service excellence and consistency.
  • Provide direction to temporary and on‑call staff to maintain smooth event operations.
  • Monitor event‑level labor and food costs and support cost‑management efforts.
  • Foster strong communication with clients and cross‑functional teams to support high‑quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to overall foodservice operations and support additional tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership or supervisory experience—formally or informally guiding teams toward shared goals.
  • Understanding of foodservice standards including presentation, sanitation, production flow, and cost awareness.
  • Comfortable navigating digital tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other operational systems.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and cross‑functional partners.
  • A collaborative approach and an ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
  • Problem‑solving skills with a calm, solutions‑focused mindset during busy event periods.
  • ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Catering experience in high‑touch, high‑volume, or corporate environments.
  • Experience working within union environments.
  • Multilingual skills to support an international client community.
  • An interest in hospitality trends, menu presentation, and enhancing guest experience.
