Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Manager partners with the Director of Operations to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, team member engagement, safety, and financial success. This role is responsible for driving day-to-day execution, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate is an experienced food and beverage leader with a passion for coaching and developing others. They are a hands-on manager who leads by example, builds strong relationships, and consistently drives performance, accountability, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
Description:
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality and service standards
- Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house coordination to ensure seamless service
- Lead, train, and develop team members across dining, concessions, and events
- Monitor and maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu planning, pricing, and product offerings
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to support operational needs
- Analyze financial performance, including labor and cost controls, to meet business goals
- Enhance the guest experience by implementing service standards and operational improvements
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality management
- Proven experience managing high-volume dining, events, or venue operations
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead, train, and manage diverse teams
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
