  • We are hiring immediately for a MARKETING COORDINATOR (FULL TIME) position.

Job Summary

Drives a hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, touching tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meal Plan Sales
    • Execute orientations, ensure collateral is updated at each venue, Meal Plan Brochure and Meal Plan collateral creation
  • Retail Sales Driver
    • Follow Innovations Toolkit, beverage and snack calendar, update signage across campus
  • Campus Engagement
    • Create campus partnerships in partnership with marketing manager and director, execute residential events, measure student engagement
    • Associate Engagement
    • Partner with operation leads for YouFirst and orientations
  • Market Research
    • Support completion of and execute campus business plan, support On-Site Insights Voice to Vision Surveys process.
  • Communications
    • Work with marketing manager to create QPR, manage graphic design and campaign strategies, weekly newsletters, press and campus comms inquiries.
  • Guest Service
    • Facilitate guest service training, drive check avg. through associate partnership
    • Storytelling
    • Create brand voice on campus through Dine on Campus maintenance, social media, press, Yammer, CHE Weekly, etc.
    • Store Owner
    • Partner with onsite operations teams to drive revenue through VMP, retail (check avg), catering and beverage menus.
