Job Summary
Restaurant Associates is seeking a dynamic Resident General Manager to lead a premier corporate dining account with an annual volume of $35 million, featuring multiple cafés, micro markets, and high-end catering and events. As the senior on-site leader, you’ll oversee all aspects of dining operations, culinary, service, finance, and client relations, ensuring excellence across every touchpoint. This role calls for a strategic operator with a passion for hospitality, innovation, and partnership.
Key Responsibilities

Lead a large, multi-unit team across cafés, markets, and catering programs.

Develop and maintain exceptional client relationships, serving as the on-site point of contact and strategic business partner.

Drive operational excellence, financial performance, and brand standards.

Oversee menu innovation, service enhancements, and sustainability initiatives.

Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to deliver elevated experiences for everyday dining and special events.
Preferred Qualifications
-
8+ years of progressive management experience in corporate dining, hospitality, or large-scale foodservice.

Proven success managing multi-unit, high-volume operations ($20M+ preferred).

Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on developing talent.

Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L.
