Job Summary
As the Director of Dining Services at FRESH IDEAS on the beautiful campus of ASBURY UNIVERSITY (private Faith based), you will lead the food service team to create a welcoming and nourishing environment for students, faculty, and staff. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all aspects of residential campus dining operations while elevating the food service experience.

The surrounding countryside offers natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains excellent relationships with the client
- Ensures that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality
- Guarantees management team and associate training and development
- Drives profitability of the account
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in CAMPUS/UNIVERSITY food service is required
- BS Hospitality degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting and computational practices preferred
