Job Summary
Job Summary:
Working as a Retail Project Director, you will lead retail initiatives across the region, overseeing remodels, technology implementation, pricing, and promotions to drive consistency, enhance the customer experience, and increase revenue, while partnering with leadership to ensure successful execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support retail projects across multiple locations within the region
- Oversee remodels, refreshes, and facility upgrades to enhance retail environments
- Manage implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Standardize pricing strategies across units to ensure consistency and competitiveness
- Plan and execute promotional strategies to drive engagement and revenue
- Develop and standardize retail programs and offerings across locations
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution
- Ensure alignment with company standards, brand expectations, and client needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice retail operation experience
- High volume production and catering experience is essential
- Experience with retail technology
- Previous experience managing a budget
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
