Short Description

Essential Functions

• Leading all aspects of the CaterXpert administration for Occasions, managing day-to-day administrative duties on the platform and coordinating special projects and developments.
• Coordinate administrative tasks related to daily operations, including comprehensive reporting and database management.
• Lead associate training on platform usage, ensuring availability for troubleshooting and support.
• Provide general support for special projects, including compiling and editing documents and presentations.
• Conduct detailed research and compile data to support the creation of detailed reports and presentations.
• Develop and manage internal processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Help plan and complete company events and meetings, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.

Required Education and Experience

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration (Preferred) or 4+ years of industry experience in a related professional area.
• Proficiency in CaterXpert, with training available for the right candidate.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to address problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations successfully.
