Job Summary

Regional Vice Presidents who work for Crothall Healthcare have the opportunity to access the latest trends in Facilities Management in a hospital environment.  With our resources and your expertise in Facilities Management, you will be valued as you go through your day making a difference to our patients, customers, and clients; as well as influencing your regional team towards our region, division and corporate goals.
This position will provide both a challenge and satisfaction while allowing you to positively influence a regional team of Facilities Management professionals.   As a senior member of our management team you will have the opportunity to plan objectives for your region and ensure management is in compliance with corporate, regional and financial goals.  Additionally, you will be responsible for the overall operation, growth and profitability of the region.  Your duties will include the management and leadership of Regional Directors and accounts.
This position covers east coast territory and must reside in the east coast.
Responsibilities:
• FM Analytics.
• Overall P&L accountability for assigned east coast region to include regional budgets, forecasting and costings for new business sales proposals.
• Ensures compliance at hospital accounts with our FM program.
• Meets both company's and client's quality standards.  Ensures quality control systems and documentations are maintained and meet EOC standards.
• Ensures company and client capital assets are secured and maintained in first class working condition and corporate policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Coordinates all regional surveys and participates as needed.
• Responsible for negotiating contract renewals and negotiates with hospital on payment terms.
• Maintains direct contact with hospital administration at least every three months and as needed.
• Assists in selection and training of Regional Directors and Unit Directors and develops all personnel at all subordinate levels.
• Reports to Division President on region's activities; including but not limited to, variances from budgets on previous P&L statements, customer relations, quality, recruitment, management needs, management training, contract negotiations, sales gained by operations, debtors, profit projections, losses and unstable accounts and plans.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree highly preferred.
• Professional Engineer license highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dig into data.
• Proven experience in successfully managing P&L budgets in healthcare Facilities Management Departments.
• Proven ability in developing and implementing new business models in the healthcare support services markets.
• Strong background in a senior leadership role with exposure to contract management, customer service and satisfaction and people development.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced and P&L driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be experienced with computers; to include all Microsoft Office applications.
• 90% travel required in this position across the Midwest, Southeast and West Coast United States.
