FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: King's College

• We are hiring immediately for a full time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR position.

• Requirement: Prior supervisory, inventory control, and ordering experience is required.
• Pay Range:  $20.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour.

Additional Job Duties:

We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and dependable Operations Assistant & Store Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our on-site convenience store while providing administrative and operational support across the business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and stepping in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage convenience store operations, including inventory counts, weekly inventory reporting, vendor ordering, receiving deliveries, stocking, and merchandising.

• Monitor inventory levels and independently place orders to ensure appropriate stock based on business needs.

• Provide administrative and operational support to help keep daily activities running smoothly.

• Assist with coverage across various stations or departments for short periods as needed.

• Serve as the primary onsite backup for basic machine operations when dedicated team members are unavailable.
