Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 / year

Job Summary:
At Canteen, the Account Manager (Coffee Services) is the primary liaison between operations and the client. This Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing an existing book of business.
What We Are Looking For:
- Ability to analyze sales reporting and create strategies to drive sales
- Encourage repeat sales through Best Practices and introduce new products to increase revenue
- Coordinate efforts to improve client retention and customer experience
- Ability to resolve cross-functional issues with professionalism and diplomacy
- Sense of urgency, "doing whatever it takes" attitude to meet our customers high expectations
What You Need:
- 1-3 years of experience in Account Management or Sales
- Demonstrated expertise in managing successful B2B sales and service
- Passionate about providing world class service to our clients
- Excellent computer skills required, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must be able to travel to client sites locally
- Strong communication and organizational skills - phone, email and face-to-face with customers
- Coffee/ Refreshment/ Hospitality background preferred
