Join a dynamic and growing company as a Chef Manager in Yonkers, NY, where you will lead both culinary and food service operations at St. Vladmir's Seminary. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full culinary management of the food service operation, including inventory control, ordering, and receiving.

Drive excellence in food quality and service, with a focus on cost control and efficient kitchen operations.

Develop and execute innovative menus using locally sourced ingredients.

Monitor and manage profit and loss (P&L) statements and ensure compliance with budgetary goals.

Champion sustainable practices in sourcing, preparation, and operations.
Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of culinary management experience in contract food service, fine dining, corporate dining, or a high-volume restaurant setting.

Strong knowledge of HACCP guidelines and food safety protocols.

Proven ability in inventory and purchasing management.

Expertise in culinary trends, food presentation, production, sanitation, and cost controls.

Experience with exposition (live-action) cooking is preferred.

P&L management experience in a contract-managed service environment is highly desirable.

ServSafe certification is a plus.
