Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve completed food orders and prepare them for guest pickup or delivery.
- Verify order accuracy before presenting food to guests.
- Call out order numbers and assist guests with locating and receiving their orders.
- Ensure all food items are properly packaged, garnished, and accompanied by necessary condiments, utensils, and napkins.
- Maintain communication with kitchen, cashier, and concession staff to ensure efficient service flow.
- Monitor ticket times and help expedite orders during peak service periods.
- Provide friendly, professional, and responsive guest service.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns related to food orders.
- Keep expo and guest pickup areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Assist with restocking supplies and supporting concession stand operations as needed.
- Support opening, event, and closing duties.
