Job Summary
The Premium Club Attendant is responsible for supporting premium hospitality operations within club spaces during sporting events, concerts, and special events. This position helps maintain action stations, guest-facing service areas, and hospitality spaces while ensuring premium club areas remain clean, organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready throughout each event. The Premium Club Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience through exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and break down action stations and guest service areas.
- Replenish food displays, utensils, plates, napkins, condiments, and other service supplies throughout events.
- Monitor food presentation and product levels to ensure quality and appearance standards are maintained.
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive hospitality to guests.
- Answer guest questions regarding club amenities and food offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of premium club spaces, dining areas, and service stations.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements.
- Assist with event setup, execution, and post-event breakdown activities.
- Communicate product needs and operational concerns to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with culinary, beverage, and premium hospitality teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Support opening and closing duties as assigned.
